Technical Account Management Services

Exclusive for select tiers of CIS SecureSuite Product Vendor Members, CIS Technical Account Managers (TAMs) will assist with education on availability and foundational use of CIS security best practices – the CIS Critical Security Controls® and CIS Benchmarks™ and tier one product technical support as applicable to the Product Vendor Members' use of CIS security best practices.

Technical Deployment Guidance

CIS will provide TAM services for technical deployment related to Product Vendor Member's integration of the CIS Controls and/or CIS Benchmarks as applicable:

  • Understanding CIS configuration recommendations
  • Design recommendations as it relates to acceptable implementation of CIS Controls and/or CIS Benchmarks
  • Advisory on CIS SecureSuite features and application to Product Vendor’s deployment
  • Phasing and planning recommendations as it relates to CIS content roadmaps
  • General consulting on how to maintain and adjust the Product Vendor’s implementation of CIS Controls and/or CIS Benchmarks
