Susan Lindquist has held her current role of Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer at the Center for Internet Security (CIS) since 2019. Susan has obtained GIAC certification in Information Security Fundamentals (GISF) and is also ITIL-certified. Prior to CIS, Susan was a solutions engineer for Datto (formerly Autotask) for almost 10 years, specializing in PSA (Professional services automation) and data backup/recovery solutions.

Group Product Manager, CIS Benchmarks and Cloud, CIS
Mia LaVada is a group product manager at the Center for Internet Security (CIS) overseeing the CIS Benchmarks and Cloud products. With almost 10 years in product management and marketing, LaVada is a strong believer in the power of community. She regularly works with CIS Members to help ensure CIS addresses the needs of the global cybersecurity community. She's also particularly passionate about finding solutions to further secure the ever-changing cloud ecosystem. LaVada completed undergraduate studies and holds GIAC GCLD, GIAC GISF, and AWS Cloud Practitioner Certifications.
